The ingredients are selected and we like to look for the best D.O.P. and I.G.P. of farms that share a passion for quality.

Each dish is strictly cooked at the moment. All the desserts, sorbets and ice creams are produced by us.

The restaurant offers a small selection of products with its own brand, such as the prized Superior Category Extra Virgin DOP Oil, from the centuries-old olive trees of the ‘Tenuta Nadore’ in Sciacca.
